PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Andre Miller put Denver in front for good with 42 seconds left in overtime Wednesday and the Nuggets held on to defeat Philadelphia 108-104.

Miller scored his team's last 10 points in the fourth quarter, pushing the Nuggets to their fourth win in five games.

Philadelphia's final hope was wiped out when Jrue Holiday's bad pass resulted in a turnover and Denver's Arron Afflalo hit two free throws with 2 seconds for the final points of the game.

Miller came off the bench to lead Denver with 28 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds. Nene added 20 points and 14 rebounds.

Thaddeus Young scored 22 points for Philadelphia, which fell at home for the first time this season. The 76ers had won their first six home games.
