DALLAS, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- Jason Terry scored 21 points Saturday and the Dallas Mavericks used a smothering defense to snuff out Sacramento 99-60.

Dirk Nowitzki contributed 14 points, and Jason Kidd returned from a four-game injury absence with five points, six assists and six steals for the Mavericks.
