CHICAGO, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- Carlos Boozer and Derrick Rose combined for 45 points Monday, propelling the Chicago Bulls to a 92-68 rout of Detroit.
Boozer netted 23 points and grabbed eight rebounds while Rose added 22 points and dished out eight assists for the Bulls.

Ronnie Brewer added 12 points as Chicago, at 8-2, added to its best start to a season since reeling off 12 straight wins to initiate the 1996-97 campaign.
The Pistons went down to fourth straight loss despite 14 points, 10 rebounds and six assists from Greg Monroe. Brandon Knight provided 13 points and five rebounds for Detroit.
