NBA: Philadelphia 97, Toronto 62

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Andre Iguodala collected 14 points and 10 rebounds, and Thaddeus Young got hot down the stretch Saturday in Philadelphia's 97-62 rout of Toronto.

Young netted 11 of his 12 points in the second half and helped the 76ers improve to 5-2 -- their best start to a season since the 2000-01 season, when they went to the NBA finals.

Jrue Holiday added 14 points as Philadelphia notched its fourth straight win.

The Sixers also used a tough defense to hold the Raptors to 29.3 percent shooting in the second half.

Andrea Bargnani led Toronto with with 21 points and 11 rebounds.
