NBA: Denver 91, Milwaukee 86

DENVER, Jan. 3 (UPI) -- Danilo Gallinari pumped in 21 points and the Denver Nuggets rallied in the fourth quarter Monday to overcome Milwaukee 91-86.

Trailing 74-68 at the start of the final frame, the Nuggets outscored the Bucks 23-12 down the stretch. Gallinari scored six points during the run, including a go-ahead tip-in with 5 minutes left.

He grabbed 10 rebounds while Al Harrington added 17 points and Ty Lawson chipped in with 16 points and six assists for the Nuggets.

Denver's Corey Brewer subbed for injured starting center Nene and finished with 10 points.

Milwaukee got 17 points from Stephen Jackson.
