NBA: Chicago 104, Memphis 64

CHICAGO, Jan. 1 (UPI) -- Chicago's Carlos Boozer and Ronnie Brewer each netted 17 points Sunday and the Bulls decimated the Memphis Grizzlies 104-64.

Derrick Rose contributed 16 points and six assists as the Bulls racked up their third straight win while improving to 4-1.

Luol Deng added 11 points and Chicago used a tough defense to limit their opponents to 31 percent shooting from the field.

Boozer also hauled down 11 rebounds.

The Grizzlies, who went 1-for-9 from beyond the arc, were led by Josh Davis and Sam Young with 10 points each.
