
PHOENIX, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- Andre Iguodala made three 3-pointers and was one of three Philadelphia players with 15 points Wednesday, leading the 76ers past Phoenix 103-83.
Philadelphia led by 14 at halftime and then held the Suns without a point for more than half of the third quarter. The 76ers bounced back from a season-opening setback to Portland.
Phoenix is winless in two games.
Jrue Holiday and Thaddeus Young also had 15 points for Philadelphia, Lou Williams contributed 13 and both Evan Turner and Jodie Meeks had 12.
Ronnie Price led Phoenix with 16 points off the bench. Steve Nash made just 2-of-11 shots from the field and had only one assist to go with six turnovers.
Philadelphia will play its first five games of the season on the road, continuing the trip with stops at Utah, Golden State and New Orleans.
