FOXBOROUGH, Mass., Dec. 24 (UPI) -- Tom Brady overcame a slow start Saturday, rallying New England to three second-half touchdowns in the Patriots' 27-24 comeback win over Miami.

Brady tossed a 1-yard scoring pass to Deion Branch and ran in a pair of touchdowns for the Pats (12-3).

New England bounced back from a 17-0 halftime deficit to secure a first-round bye in the playoffs with the victory.

Miami (5-10) was led by Matt Moore, who threw three touchdown passes in the setback.
