Vikings fullback Felton charged with DWI
PITTSBURGH, Dec. 12 (UPI) -- Pittsburgh Penguins center Sidney Crosby, saying he has concussion-like symptoms, has removed himself from play and said he's not sure when he might return.
Crosby missed the Penguins' last two games even though medical examinations didn't reveal a concussion. He said, however, said he was going with how he felt about his overall physical condition.
"Not [feeling] bad," Crosby said on a video clip on the team Web site. "It's not something that I'm happy about watching but that being said I've got to make sure that with these sort of things that I'm careful and aware of making sure I'm 100 percent before coming back."
He said there was no timetable for his return.
Crosby, 24, has played in eight games this season. That was his first NHL action since he suffered a concussion in early January and ended up missing the rest of last season and the first 20 games of this season.
He returned for a Nov. 21 game and posted two goals and two assists. He added six more assists in the next seven games. He last played Dec. 5, a 3-1 loss to Boston.
