
MIAMI, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Matt Moore ran for a score and threw for another Sunday and the Miami Dolphins continued a late-season surge with a 34-14 spanking of Oakland.
Reggie Bush carried the ball 22 times for 100 yards and scored a touchdown for the Dolphins (4-8), who improved to 4-1 since recovering from a disastrous 0-7 start.
Daniel Thomas chipped in with 73 yards on the ground and the Miami defense had a another good game while extending their home winning streak to three.
The Dolphins have outscored Washington, Buffalo and Oakland by a combined 89-31 during the span as Miami notched its fourth win in five games overall.
Carson Palmer tossed for 273 yards and two TDs but had an interception returned for a score as the Raiders (7-5) saw their three-game winning streak ended and fell into a tie with Denver atop the AFC West standings.
