The Ducks halted a seven-game losing streak, which was one short of the franchise record set six years ago.
Andrei Kostitsyn gave Montreal the lead 3:10 into the game and the Canadiens could not get another shot past Jonas Hiller.
Getzlaf tied it with 19 seconds left in the first period and Devante Smith-Pelly's power-play goal put the Ducks in front 6:06 into the second. Perry scored early in the third and Niklas Hagman added an empty-net tally.
Hiller made 19 saves in what was only the second win of the month for Anaheim. The Ducks finished November 2-8-3.
Montreal has won just once in its last five games, during which the Canadiens have gone scoreless on 23 power-play chances. The loss went to Peter Budaj, who made 23 saves.
