NASHVILLE, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Damian Williams caught a go-ahead TD pass from Matt Hasselbeck late in the game Sunday and the Tennessee Titans held on to edge Tampa Bay 23-17.
Chris Johnson amassed 190 rushing yards for the Titans (6-5), who barely survived a last-chance drive by the Buccaneers in a rain-soaked, sloppily-played contest that featured nine turnovers.
Tampa Bay's Josh Freeman drove the Bucs to Tennessee's 25-yard line with no timeouts left but fumbled the snap on an attempted quarterback sneak on 4th-and-1, handing the win to the Titans.
Hasselbeck finished with 160 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions for Tennessee, which remained two games behind Houston in the AFC South.
LeGarrette Blount rambled for 103 yards on 20 carries but fumbled twice for Tampa Bay (4-7), which dropped its fifth straight.
