NFL: Houston 20, Jacksonville 13

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Rookie quarterback T.J. Yates took over for an injured Matt Leinart Sunday and helped lead the Houston Texans to a 20-13 win over Jacksonville.

Yates, the Texans' third-string signal-caller, was forced into the game when Leinart -- himself subbing for the injured Matt Schaub -- was knocked out of the contest in the first half with a shoulder injury.

Blaine Gabbert started for the Jaguars (3-8) but was benched after completing 13-of-29 passes for 136 yards and an interception. Luke McCown entered and went 7-of-11 for 62 yards the rest of the way.

Maurice Jones-Drew gained 99 yards on 18 carries for Jacksonville.
