MUMBAI, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- The West Indies rallied for a draw against favored India Saturday in the third test of their epic cricket series in Mumbai.

The result avoided an Indian sweep and marked only the second time in more than 2,000 tests that a match has ended in a draw, Britain's The Daily Telegraph reported.

Ravil Rampaul and Fidel Edwards limited the Indian side to five runs. India had needed 243 for the win and three wickets already in the bank.
