Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

ST. LOUIS, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Marshawn Lynch and Justin Forsett broke the game open with second-half touchdown runs and the Seattle Seahawks bested St. Louis 24-7.
Lynch picked up 88 rushing yards to back Tarvaris Jackson, who went 14-of-24 passing for 148 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions for the Seahawks (4-6).
Mike Williams made a pair of grabs for 62 yards while Sidney Rice caught three passes for 35 yards and a score as Seattle won its second straight following three losses in a row.
Sam Bradford was held to 181 yards, a touchdown and a pick-off on 20-of-40 efficiency for the Rams (2-8).
St. Louis running back Steven Jackson managed only 42 yards on 15 carries in the loss.
