BALTIMORE, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Joe Flacco passed for two TDs and Ray Rice rushed for a pair of scores Sunday, powering the Baltimore Ravens to a 31-24 decision over Cincinnati.

Baltimore (7-3) made several big plays on defense despite playing without linebacker Ray Lewis, who was out for the first time since 2007 with a toe injury.

The Ravens' defensive corps picked off Bengals rookie signal-caller Andy Dalton three times, running two of them back for touchdowns.

They also stopped him on a last-chance drive as the Bengals pushed to forge a tie with Pittsburgh atop the AFC North.

Dalton hurled a 49-yard touchdown pass to Andre Caldwell during a fourth-quarter rally for Cincinnati (6-4), which was missing rookie receiver A.J. Green (knee).
