LOS ANGELES, Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Justin Williams scored in the seventh round of a shootout Wednesday to lift Los Angeles to a 2-1 victory over Anaheim.

Both Jarret Stoll of the Kings and Ryan Getzlaf of the Ducks produced a shootout goal in the third round and the goaltenders then took over until Williams finally got the best of Jonas Hiller.

Los Angeles won its second straight and Anaheim has lost two in a row.

Mike Richards gave the Kings the lead with 7:38 to play in the second period and Teemu Selanne tied it with just 3:25 to go in regulation. Both goals came on the power play.

Jonathan Quick made 23 saves in regulation and overtime before stopping 6-of-7 in the shootout. Hiller stopped 34 shots in taking the loss.
