
CHICAGO, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Major Wright and Charles Tillman each returned interceptions for touchdowns Sunday in the Chicago Bears' 37-13 romp over NFC Central rival Detroit.
The pair reached the end zone within 2 minutes of each other in the third quarter, turning the contest into a blowout for the Bears (6-3), who pulled even with the Lions for second place in the division.
Devin Hester returned a punt for a touchdown, and the Bears' defense recorded four interceptions and two fumble recoveries.
Jay Cutler gained 123 yards on 9-of-19 passing efficiency, and Matt Forte ended with 64 yards and a score on 18 carries as the Bears got back into the playoff picture with their fourth straight win.
Matthew Stafford couldn't overcome the four interceptions despite passing for 329 yards, including a late touchdown to Tony Scheffler, as Detroit (6-3) lost for the third time in four games.
