PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Larry Fitzgerald hauled down a pair of scoring strikes Sunday and Arizona overcame a fourth-quarter deficit for a 21-17 win over Philadelphia.

Fitzgerald's acrobatic, over-the-head catch put the Cardinals (3-6) in position to score the go-ahead points late in the game.

Arizona broke an 11-game road losing streak with the victory.

Fitzgerald finished with seven grabs for 146 yards while John Skelton went 21-of-40 for 315 yards, three TDs and a pair of interceptions.

The Eagles (3-6), meanwhile, blew a fourth-quarter lead for the fifth time this season, sustaining another heartbreaking defeat.

Michael Vick was held to 16 completions on 34 pass attempts for 128 yards and a pair of pickoffs.
