Man stabbed during Chargers-Raiders game

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- San Diego police said a man was stabbed in the abdomen in the parking lot of Qualcomm Stadium during a game between the Chargers and the Oakland Raiders.

Police said the man, whose age was reported as 25 by the San Diego Union-Tribune and 26 by the Los Angeles Times, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries following the stabbing around 7:30 p.m. Thursday near the front gate.

Officer David Stafford said the victim was uncooperative with police and refused to describe his assailant or give a reason for the fight.
