ST. PAUL, Minn., Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Josh Harding turned aside 30-of-31 shots Saturday, logging his fourth win in four starts in Minnesota's 2-1 victory over St. Louis.

Harding made 13 saves in the second period and 12 in the final frame as the Wild notched their fourth straight win since Harding came off the bench to spell regular goalie Niklas Backstrom.

Dany Heatley and Guillaume Latendresse each scored second-period goals for Minnesota, which improved to 7-3-3 to start the season.

The game was marked by a fight-filled second period, during which Minnesota's Darroll Powe and Scott Nichol each received fighting majors and the Blues had six men in the penalty box at one point.

Jamie Langenbrunner notched his first goal of the year with 2 minutes to go in the game and Jaroslav Halak stopped 24-of-26 shots for St. Louis.
