The Louisiana-bred filly, with Corey Nakatani riding, remained undefeated in four starts, now including three graded stakes, and becomes an early favorite for next year's Kentucky Oaks.
Grace Hall finished second and Weemissfrankie was third. Each of them also had been undefeated in three previous starts.
In her earlier races, the daughter of Smart Strike had gone quickly to the lead and coasted home. Making her first start at Churchill Downs Friday, My Miss Aurelia waited behind the leaders nicely before making the winning move. She finished the 1 1/16 miles on a track rated "good" in 1:46.00.
The winner is owned and was bred in Kentucky by Stonestreet Stables.
