
TORONTO, Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Ryan Fitzpatrick hit Scott Chandler on two scoring passes and the Buffalo Bills recorded nine sacks Sunday in their 23-0 whitewash of Washington.
Fitzpatrick completed 21-of-27 pass attempts for 262 yards, hooking up with Chandler on a 20-yard touchdown in the first quarter and on a 15-yarder in the third.
Fred Jackson piled up 120 yards and 26 carries and Rian Lindell booted three field goals for the Bills (5-2), who recorded their first shutout since 2006.
Buffalo's defense limited Washington to only 26 yards on the ground and 178 total yards while sacking Redskins quarterback John Beck nine times, the most sacks allowed by Washington since 1976.
Beck finished 20-of-33 for 208 yards and was picked off twice for Washington (3-4), which lost its third straight.
