INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 9 (UPI) -- Steve Breaston hauled down an 11-yard TD pass with 5 minutes remaining Sunday and the Kansas City Chiefs rallied for a 28-24 victory over Indianapolis.

Breaston's second scoring grab of the day helped erase a 10-point halftime deficit for the Chiefs (2-3), who scored 21 unanswered points to end the game.

Back-up Colts signal-caller Curtis Painter tossed for 277 yards and two touchdowns while subbing for the injured Kerry Collins for the second straight week.

Pierre Garcon made five catches for 125 yards and two touchdowns for Indianapolis (0-5), which wasted two 17-point leads in the loss.
