MLB: Philadelphia 4, Atlanta 2

ATLANTA, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Cliff Lee allowed two runs on five hits over six innings Monday and the Philadelphia Phillies dealt National League wild-card-leading Atlanta a 4-2 defeat.

Lee (17-8) broke a personal three-start winless streak, walking none and fanning six as the Phillies (100-60) won a 100 games for the third time in franchise history. Joe Savery, Michael Stutes and Brad Lidge teamed up for two innings of scoreless relief and Ryan Madson notched his 32nd save for the Phils, who took the opener of their final three-game series of the season.

Raul Ibanez broke a 2-2 tie in the sixth with a run-scoring single and Jimmy Rollins homered for Philadelphia.

Cristhian Martinez (1-3) absorbed the loss for Atlanta, which despite the setback saw its magic number for clinching the NL wild card drop to two after second-place St. Louis lost to Houston Monday.

The Braves hold a one-game lead with two contests remaining.
