Vikings fullback Felton charged with DWI

INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Indianapolis quarterback Peyton Manning, sidelined with a lingering neck problem, has an "outside chance" of playing in 2011, the Colts' owner said Monday.
Jim Irsay, at a meeting of companies involved in bringing this season's Super Bowl to Indianapolis, was quoted as saying the star quarterback might be able to practice by December but the team wasn't looking for him to return to the lineup until the 2012 season.
Manning underwent neck surgery in May and another procedure in early September, his third in 19 months.
Until this year Manning had never missed a game since the Colts made him the top choice in the 1998 draft.
The Colts, without him, are 0-3 this season.
