CLEVELAND, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Asdrubal Cabrera hit one of three Cleveland homers Thursday, a three-run blast that highlighted an 11-2 romp over the Chicago White Sox.

Cabrera's home run was part of a four-run seventh inning that helped the Indians end a two-game skid.

Kosuke Fukudome and Jason Kipnis hit solo shots in the first inning to get the Cleveland offense going and the Indians then turned to Jeanmar Gomez, who won his fifth straight start.

Gomez (5-2) allowed two runs, one earned, on four hits over six innings. Philip Humber (9-9) suffer the loss after surrendering seven runs on eight hits in six-plus frames.

The Indians did not take the lead for good until Fukudome's two-run single in the fifth that gave Cleveland a 4-2 advantage.
