MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 18 (UPI) -- LeGarrette Blount busted up the middle for a 4-yard touchdown late in the game Sunday, handing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a 24-20 comeback win over Minnesota.

Blount, who gained 71 yards on 13 carries, scored for the second time with 31 seconds left, helping the Bucs (1-1) overcome an ineffective first half and log their fifth straight decision over the Vikings (0-2).

Josh Freeman completed 22-of-31 passes for 243 yards with a TD and an interception, and the Buccaneers bounced back from a 17-0 halftime deficit with help from Preston Parker, who caught six passes for 98 yards.

Minnesota got 120 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries from Adrian Peterson. Donovan McNabb went 18-for-30 passing for 228 yards.
