JOLIET, Ill., Sept. 17 (UPI) -- Brad Keselowski led most the way Saturday and went on to post a dominating victory in the Dollar General 300 Nationwide Series race at Chicagoland Speedway.

Keselowski led for 158 of the event's 200 laps, finishing 8.6 seconds ahead of Carl Edwards to rack up his third win this season and 15th of his Nationwide career.

Keselowski also notched his first Nationwide victory since breaking his left ankle in August.

Edwards briefly held the lead but then was hit by a fuel issue, taking time in the pits during the middle of the race.

Pole-sitter Brian Scott came in third while Aric Almirola and Sam Hornish Jr. rounded out the Top 5.
