TORONTO, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- J.C. Arencibia capped a game-winning rally in the ninth inning with a pinch-hit RBI single Saturday, handing the Toronto Blue Jays a 5-4 win over Baltimore.

The Blue Jays entered their final at-bat down by a run and began a two-out rally when Kelly Johnson walked and went to second on a Jose Molina single.

Orioles closer Kevin Gregg (0-3) then hit pinch-hitter Adam Loewen with a pitch to load the bases and the uncorked a wild pitch, allowing Johnson to come home with the tying run.

Arencibia, batting for Mike McCoy, followed by lining a 3-1 pitch to left, plating Johnson and giving Toronto a win in the middle contest of a three-game weekend series at Rogers Center.

Jesse Litsch (6-3) earned the victory despite allowing a go-ahead RBI double to Vladimir Guerrero (3-for-4) in the eighth.

Toronto starter Henderson Alvarez yielded three runs on nine hits over seven innings and Jose Bautista socked his 41st homer for the Blue Jays.

Chris Davis contributed a two-run double for the O's.
