BALTIMORE, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- Pinch-hitter Jake Fox and Ryan Adams each provided 10th-inning RBI Tuesday, rallying the Baltimore Orioles to a 6-5 win over Toronto.
The Blue Jays scored a run in the ninth to force extra frames, and then scored a go-ahead run in the top of the 10th when they loaded bases and Kelly Johnson came in on a wild pitch from Willie Eyre (1-0).
But the Orioles came right back in the bottom of the 10th. Matt Wieters and Mark Reynolds drew back-to-back walks from Brian Tallet (0-1) and one out later Fox, batting for Matt Angle, singled to tie the game, with Reynolds going to third.
Adams then followed with the game-winning single and Baltimore took the opener of a three-game set.
Wieters also socked a solo homer for the victors, while Brett Lawrie bashed a three-run shot for the Blue Jays.
