GRAPEVINE, Texas, Aug. 27 (UPI) -- Sabine Lisicki of Germany straight-setted France's Aravane Rezai Saturday to take the crown of the inaugural Texas Tennis Open.

It was the second title of the season for Lisicki, who dispatched Rezai 6-2, 6-1 in just 49 minutes and added another trophy to go with her win in Birmingham, England, earlier this season.

The fifth-seeded German improved to 3-2 all-time in finals after winning 4-of-5 break points and 32-of-38 of her service points.

Rezai, meanwhile, fell to 4-3 in title matches.
