NFL: San Diego 20, Dallas 7

ARLINGTON, Texas, Aug. 21 (UPI) -- Philip Rivers racked up 92 yards while completing 8-of-11 passes Sunday in San Diego Chargers' 20-7 pre-season win over Dallas.

Billy Volek also played under center for the Chargers, finishing 8-of-12 through the air for 48 yards, and Ryan Mathews ran the ball seven times for 35 yards and a score in San Diego's win.

Wide receiver Malcom Floyd, however, sustained a concussion after taking a hit from Cowboys safety Gerald Sensabaugh following an 18-yard pass reception from Volek.

Dallas signal-caller Tony Romo went 8-of-12 passing for 58 yards, a touchdown and an interception, while Stephen McGee made good on 16-of-29 passes for 157 yards for the Cowboys.

Dallas' Felix Jones compiled 56 rushing yards on seven carries.
