CHESTER, Pa., Aug. 13 (UPI) -- Sebastien Le Toux got the equalizer on his second penalty-kick goal of the game Saturday, handing the Philadelphia Union a 2-2 tie with FC Dallas.
Le Toux's first penalty kick came in the 33rd minute and erased a 1-0 deficit.
His second wiped a 2-1 Dallas lead and came with only 4 minutes remaining. Le Toux was awarded the kick after the Brazilian player Jackson hauled down Gabriel Farfan of the Union.
Philadelphia (8-5-10) lost ground on the Columbus Crew in the Eastern Conference with the draw.
The penalty kicks stole the thunder from the return of Union teammate Freddy Adu, who appeared in his first MLS game in four years after playing for Portugal's Benfica in the meantime.
Adu debuted with much fanfare with D.C. United in 2004 at age 14.
Maicon Santos and Brek Shea scored for Dallas (12-6-7).
