MILWAUKEE, July 10 (UPI) -- Craig Counsell's sacrifice fly capped a two-run rally in the ninth inning Sunday that handed the Milwaukee Brewers a 4-3 comeback win over Cincinnati.
Trailing 3-2 entering their final at-bat, the Brewers scored twice off Reds closer Francisco Cordero (3-3) and came away with a third win in four games against Cincinnati.
Pinch-hitter Nyjer Morgan and George Kottaras drew one-out walks and pinch-hitter Mark Kotsay lined a 3-2 pitch right past Cordero and into centerfield, scoring Morgan with the tying run and sending Kotteras to third.
Counsell then lofted a sacrifice fly to left, making a winner of Kameron Loe (3-7).
The Brewers entered the All-Star Game break one-half game behind St. Louis atop the National League Central.
Dontrelle Willis started for the Reds after being called up from Class AAA Louisville, making his first major league start since June 2010 for the San Francisco Giants.
The veteran left-hander got a no-decision after holding Milwaukee to two runs on four hits over six frames, walking four and striking out four.
Joey Votto and Scott Rolen drove in Cincinnati's runs.
