Hercog, who survived a tough three-set, 2 1/2-hour semifinal Friday, defeated Larsson 6-4, 7-5. It was her first tournament title in five years as a professional. Larsson fell to 0-2 in tournament final matches in her career.
Hercog had three service breaks with two coming in the second set. She lost serve once but were generally sharp on serve, landing 73 percent of her first serves and winning 69 points of the points when serving.
She collects $37,000 for the victory while Larsson takes home $19,000.
