KANSAS CITY, Kan., July 6 (UPI) -- Graham Zusi scored off a rebound in the 63rd minute Wednesday to bring Kansas City a 1-1 tie with Colorado.

Kansas City (5-6-6) has not lost in any of its last nine games, but missed out on a chance for what could have been its fifth victory in six contests when two late shots bounced off the frame.

Colorado took the lead in the 32nd minute on a goal from Conor Casey.

Kansas City substitute C.J. Sapong took the original shot that led to the Kansas City goal. The rebound off goalkeeper Matt Pickens came right to Zusi, who scored from close range.

Colorado (5-5-9) has tied its last two games and is winless in its last four.
