Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
SAN FRANCISCO, June 28 (UPI) -- Chicago Cubs Manager Mike Quade will replace Washington's Jim Riggleman on the National League all-star coaching staff.
San Francisco Giants Manager Bruce Bochy tabbed Quade after Riggleman resigned last week over contract issues.
Quade will be on the NL all-star staff with Arizona's Kirk Gibson and Bochy's Giants coaching staff.
The 2011 All-Star Game will be played July 12 at Chase Field in Phoenix.
