CHICAGO, June 27 (UPI) -- Carlos Pena and Aramis Ramirez homered twice each Monday, sending the Chicago Cubs to a 7-3 victory over the Colorado Rockies.

Pena and Ramirez drove in three runs apiece in the contest that made up for an April 27 rainout.

The win went to Cubs starter Matt Garza, who gave up three runs over 7 1/3 innings. Garza (4-6) allowed five hits but struck out six.

The Rockies got two home runs from Carlos Gonzalez but their starter, Jhoulys Chacin (8-5), was hammered for six runs on nine hits in just five innings.
