Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

NEW YORK, June 26 (UPI) -- Nick Swisher and Jorge Posada hit back-to-back homers to forge a tie Sunday and the New York Yankees went on to post a 6-4 win over Colorado.
The consecutive clouts erased a 3-0 New York deficit and the Yankees scored three of the game's next four runs to take the rubber match of a three-game interleague series with the Rockies.
An infield hit by Eduardo Nunez off Matt Belisle (5-3) in the seventh put the Yankees ahead for good, making a winner of Boone Logan (2-2).
David Robertson hurled a scoreless eighth and Mariano Rivera struck out the side in the ninth for his 20th save.
Mark Teixeira added a solo homer, his 23rd of the season, for New York.
Ty Wigginton smacked a pair of home runs and went 3-for-4 for Colorado.
