BOSTON, June 18 (UPI) -- Rickie Weeks and Corey Hart hit back-to-back, first-inning homers Saturday and the Milwaukee Brewers went on to log a 4-2 interleague win over Boston.
The two solo homers gave the Brewers a lead they wouldn't relinquish, and George Kottaras added a bases-empty shot as Milwaukee won for the first time at Fenway Park since 1997 when the team was in the American League.
Randy Wolf (5-4) earned the win, allowing two runs over seven innings despite allowing nine hits.
Kameron Loe shut the Bosox down in the eighth and John Axford picked up his 19th save for the National League Central-leading Brewers.
Jon Lester (9-3) came up short in his bid to become the major league's first 10-game winner, giving up four runs (three earned) on seven hits through eighth innings.
Jarrod Saltalamacchia and Mike Cameron drove in runs for the Red Sox, leaders of the AL East.
