HOUSTON, June 16 (UPI) -- Neil Walker had three RBI Wednesday and Xavier Paul delivered a two-run homer in leading Pittsburgh to a 7-3 decision over Houston.

Walker staked the Pirates to an early 2-0 lead with an RBI triple in the first and a run-scoring single in the third.

Houston came back to take a 3-2 lead, but the Pirates went in front for good with a three-run sixth that included a sacrifice fly from Walker.

Paul had three of Pittsburgh's 14 hits and he finished the scoring with his seventh-inning homer. It was his first home run of the season, which he began as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The sixth-inning Pittsburgh comeback made a winner out of starter Charlie Morton (7-3), who gave up three runs on eight hits in five innings. Chris Resop came on in the ninth with a four-run lead, but after putting two on with one away he was relieved by Joel Hanrahan.

Hanrahan quickly retired two batters to end the threat and grab his 19th save.

Houston reliever Enerio Del Rosario took the loss, allowing three runs on three hits in the sixth after replacing starter J.A. Happ.
