TORONTO, June 14 (UPI) -- Adam Lind's home run leading off the Toronto half of the 11th inning Tuesday lifted the Blue Jays to a 6-5 victory over Baltimore.
Lind got hold of a 1-0 pitch from Koji Uehara (1-1) and sent it deep to right. It stayed just fair, giving the Blue Jays a walk-off game-winner in the first contest of a three-game set at Rogers Center.
Lind also drove in a run with a first-inning double and Aaron Hill finished 3-for-5 with a solo homer for the Blue Jays.
Yunel Escobar chipped in an RBI single among his three hits in Toronto's win.
Shawn Camp (1-1) picked up the victory with a scoreless top of the 11th.
Baltimore's Matt Wieters forced extra innings with a two-run homer in the eighth.
J.J. Hardy, Nick Markakis and Luke Scott each contributed three hits for the O's.
