CHICAGO, June 1 (UPI) -- Brett Myers hurled six innings of one-run ball Wednesday and the Houston Astros completed a three-game sweep of the Chicago Cubs with a 3-1 victory.

The Houston right-hander's only other win was also against the Cubs.
Sergio Escalona and Enerio Del Rosario combined for two innings of scoreless relief and Mark Melancon recorded his fourth save to nail down the victory.
Jason Michaels knocked a solo homer and Michael Bourn added a two-run single to provide Houston's offense.
Doug Davis (0-4) lost his fourth straight start since being brought up by the Cubs, yielding three runs on eight hits before departing after 6 1/3 innings.
Kosuke Fukudome smacked a solo homer for Chicago, which lost for the fifth time in six games.
