TORONTO, May 31 (UPI) -- Carlos Santana went 3-for-3 with two RBI and Mitch Talbot threw 6 2/3 solid innings Tuesday in the Cleveland Indians' 6-3 win over Toronto.
Santana delivered a sacrifice fly in the third to make it 3-0 and then triggered a three-run Indians uprising in the fifth with an RBI double, helping Cleveland to even its three-game series with Toronto.
Grady Sizemore provided two RBI and Michael Brantley went 3-for-5 with a run scored for the American League Central-leading Indians, who won for only the second time in seven games.
Talbot (2-1) rebounded from a rough previous start in which he allowed eight runs over three innings against the Red Sox, this time holding the Blue Jays to only one run on six hits.
Brandon Morrow (2-3) was roughed up for six runs on nine hits before being yanked after five innings for Toronto.
Yunel Escobar knocked a solo homer for the Blue Jays.
