OKLAHOMA CITY, May 22 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki and Shawn Marion each scored 18 points Saturday and Dallas took a 2-1 Western Conference Finals lead with a 93-87 victory over Oklahoma City.

Mavericks jumped out to a 23-point, first-half advantage and held Oklahoma City to 29 percent shooting in the early going, sealing the win.

Jason Kidd contributed 13 points and eight assists for the Mavs, who will look to take a commanding 3-1 lead when the series resumes Monday in Oklahoma City.

The Thunder tried to come back late but were done in by their 1-for-17 shooting from 3-point range.

Kevin Durant was just 7-for-22 from the field en route to 24 points and Russell Westbrook ended with 30 points, most of them coming late, for the Thunder.
