CLEVELAND, May 21 (UPI) -- Josh Tomlin tossed seven innings of one-run ball and Travis Buck socked a go-ahead homer Saturday in the Cleveland Indians' 2-1 win over Cincinnati.
Tomlin (6-1) gave up three hits, walked one and struck out three in his second straight strong start. Combined with his effort Monday against Kansas City, the right-hander has allowed only two runs over 13 innings.
Buck erased a 1-0 deficit in the seventh inning with a two-out, two-run homer off Homer Bailey (3-1) that bounced off the top of the right field fence and over for a round-tripper.
Vinnie Pestano hurled a scoreless eighth inning and Chris Perez picked up his 12th save in the ninth for the first-place Indians, who clinched their three-game interleague series with the Reds.
Bailey let in just two runs on four hits over seven frames.
Scott Rolen drove in Cincinnati's only run with a seventh-inning force out.
