MLB: Los Angeles Dodgers 3, Milwaukee 0

LOS ANGELES, May 18 (UPI) -- Hiroki Kuroda scattered six hits Tuesday in leading the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 3-0 win over the Milwaukee Brewers.

Kuroda struck out seven and allowed two walks over 7 2/3 innings and turned the game over to Kenley Jansen and Matt Guerrier, who picked up his first save in preserving the shutout.

Kuroda recorded seven scoreless innings in his last start Wednesday against Pittsburgh.

Matt Kemp hit a two-run homer in the first inning off Randy Wolf (3-4). Wolf made it through 5 1/3 innings, giving up two runs on five hits and walking four. He also had one of Milwaukee's six hits.
