SANDY, Utah, May 14 (UPI) -- Goalkeeper Nick Rimando made a key save late in the game Saturday to preserve Real Salt Lake's scoreless tie with Houston.

With only 2 minutes remaining, Houston's Andre Hainault led a breakout and fed it to Spanish forward Koke, who launched a shot that Rimando was able to knock away for Salt Lake (5-1-1).

Real Salt Lake had its best opportunity in the 61st minute when Alvaro Saborio picked up a through-ball from Arturo Alvarez and put a shot into the net -- but he was ruled to be offside by half-a-step.

Houston (3-3-4) earned a point and snapped a two-game losing streak.
