Vikings fullback Felton charged with DWI

WASHINGTON, May 14 (UPI) -- Anibal Sanchez shut the Nationals down for eight innings Saturday and the Florida Marlins eked out a 1-0 win over Washington.
Sanchez (3-1) didn't allow a run, yielding just three hits with two walks while striking out nine for the Marlins, who won for a third time in the past four games.
Mike Stanton smacked a solo homer in the seventh for the Marlins.
Livan Hernandez (3-5) pitched well but absorbed the loss for Washington, yielding only Stanton's long ball among six hits over seven innings of work.
Layne Nix collected a pair of hit for the Nats, who have dropped three straight.
